Setting Up & Breaking Down Package
Fridge Stocking Service
Since the Decorating Packages are one of our most popular services, we recommend booking as soon as you have your event space (i.e. Airbnb, VRBO, backyard). Most clients book 4-6 months in advance. The sooner you are able to book a service, we can secure your ideal theme and set-up time for your event!
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total cost.
Failure to show up for the scheduled event without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a 50% charge.
If we are available at the date and time you need to reschedule, we will be happy to work with you!
Absolutely! Our packages and services are designed to tailor different budgets and decoration needs. Most services and package options have many options of decorations and budget opportunities. If you have any questions or are requesting something customized, please reach out to us and let us know what specifically you want!
We love to help you customize your event! Many of the items included in our packages and services can be personalized to fit your theme. If you have a theme in mind that we don’t currently have available, custom options may be possible, and we’ll gladly work with you to make your vision come to life. ABSOLUTELY! We have experience decorating for plenty of other events, such as weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and graduation celebrations!
